Charlie has been my personal trainer for over a year. He was highly recommended by some friends. I was bored with the classes I was attending and working out alone. I'd tried PT's in the past but hadn't found them to be any good. I'm absolutely thrilled that I started training with Charlie. he corrected a lot of my technique which I didn't realise was wrong

I love my sessions with Charlie. I felt a little bit lost getting back into the gym post pandemic and I saw Charlie training in a similar way to how like to train so I asked him about pt sessions. He was very friendly and welcoming but the thing I most liked about Charlies sessions is that he corrected a lot of my technique which I didn't realise I was getting wrong. He also is very good at making sure I get a lot of work done in the time period we have to train so I always feel like I've worked hard at the end of a session. I highly recommend Charlie's PT sessions.
